Personal:
Lisa Carmichael is married to the Rev. Roger Carmichael, and they have two children, Matthew and Hannah. Mrs. Carmichael resides in Archdale, and she attends Allen Jay Baptist Church where her husband is the Senior Pastor.

Mrs. Carmichael has been employed in the legal field since 1982, and she has been a paralegal with the Skager Law Firm since 1995. In 2005, she earned the distinction of North Carolina Certified Paralegal by the North Carolina State Bar.

Personal:
Mercy Martinez is married and she has three children and seven granddaughters. She and her husband reside in High Point, and she teaches clogging in her spare time.

Mrs. Martinez has been employed in the legal field since 2004, and she joined The Skager Law Firm in 2007. In addition, Mrs. Martinez is fluent in Spanish and is able to translate for our Spanish-speaking clients.
